Basic Nutrition Freedom Coaching Package

1 initial session (60-90 minutes)

5 follow-up sessions (30-45 minutes)

3 months of coaching focused on healing your relationship with food and your body. Includes virtual chat support between sessions, weekly journaling prompts, and symptom and mood tracking. This package is perfect for learning the basics of intuitive eating and beginning to process body image concerns. 

1 payment of $399 or 3 payments of $133

Working From Home

Ultimate Nutrition Freedom Coaching Package

1 initial session (60-90 minutes)

11 follow-up sessions (30-45 minutes)

6 months of coaching focused on healing your relationship with food and your body. Includes virtual chat support between sessions, weekly journaling prompts, and symptom and mood tracking. This package is perfect for you if you want long term support implementing the intuitive eating principles and discussing body image concerns.

1 payment of $780 or 6 payments of $130
